Cooperation with the Heilpädagogischen Hilfe in Bersenbrück (HPH)
Since 2004 we have been working closely with the Heilpädagogische Hilfe in Bersenbrück. Every day, a fixed group of ten employees with disabilities supports us in our in-house workshop. Heilpädagogische Hilfe Bersenbrück itself maintains around 30 facilities and services in the joint municipalities of Artland, Bersenbrück, Fürstenau and in the town of Bramsche and looks after around 1,900 children, adolescents and adults with mental and psychological impairments.
Membership of GewiNet
We are a member of the Competence Centre for the Health Care Industry (GewiNet). The association is made up of members from all sectors of the healthcare industry, including companies, hospitals, doctors, universities and local authorities. Together, we want to make a contribution to ensuring that networking is a reality, that innovative project ideas grow and that high-quality health care continues to be provided in the region in the future.

We have been awarded the "Innovation through Research" seal by the Stifterverband forschende Unternehmen. Since 2014, the association has honoured research-based companies for the special responsibility they assume for the state and society.

Where can I get your products?
Our products are primarily sold through bicycle dealers and medical supply stores. You will receive particularly good and intensive advice from our support dealers. Compared to the shop around the corner, they always have at least one vehicle in stock in the showroom for inspection and a test ride. You can find a support dealer near you with the help of our dealer search. There you will be shown all dealers within a radius of 50 km. Simply enter your city or your respective postal code.
I would like to buy a vehicle from you. Do I have to take a test ride?
Absolutely! In principle, we recommend a test ride before any purchase. This ensures that we find the best help for you. A test ride is also especially important for people who want to switch from a bicycle to a tricycle. Our experience has shown that it is precisely here that there are often initial difficulties when it comes to getting used to the new riding behaviour. With a test ride you get an initial feel for your new bike and make sure that you don't buy a "pig in a poke".
How much do your products cost?

I can't ride a tricycle and have a lot of trouble steering or going straight. I have the impression that the vehicle always pulls to a certain side and does not do what I want.
This feeling is not uncommon, nor is it rare. You share this problem with most people who otherwise ride or have ridden a bicycle in the past – regardless of age or handicap. "Blame" it on your sense of balance, which has been trained to keep your balance while riding a bike. This ability, which is so necessary for riding a bicycle, is not required for riding a tricycle or often proves to be a hindrance. Similar to driving a car, weight shifting is not required when cornering. You don't have to lean into the curve if you want to go around the corner. Instead, you simply steer in the direction you want to go – which is exactly how it is with the tricycle. You don't think you can do it? Try to remember how you already rode a tricycle as a small child. Toddlers can usually ride a tricycle without any problems before learning to ride a bike. For them, the tricycle takes over the balance, they don't know it any other way, have no reservations about it and can therefore move around safely. If I buy a vehicle from you, can I get money back from my health insurance retrospectively?
Clear answer: Unfortunately not. Don't be fooled by advertising slogans and claims made by other vendors. Health insurance companies can only cover the costs in exceptional cases or if certain conditions are met. This includes, for example, proof of medical necessity, age under 16, etc. So before you buy, be sure to talk to your health insurance company first and clarify any cost coverage.
